Dance Classes - If there is room in another age appropriate class your student may attend that class as a make up.

Music Lessons - If you notify your student's instructor in a timely manner and the teacher has room in his/her schedule please work with your teacher to schedule a make up lesson.

No Call No Show - If you do not notify your student's instructor prior to absence, instructor is not obligated to make up the lesson.

Instructor Absence - If your student's music instructor is unable to teach, he/she will contact you to schedule a make up lesson or arrange for a substitute.

Weather related closings - We follow Leon County Schools for weather related closings in order to ensure the safety of our students and instructors.  If we must close due to weather, no make up lesson or class will be required.

Dance classes and music lessons are billed monthly regardless of number of weeks.  Some months have three lessons, some four, some five.  It typically balances out by the end of each semester.  

Parents are not required to remain in the building during your student's lesson.  Please be sure to keep track of time if you do leave so your student is picked up on time.  We cannot be responsible for unattended students.

Siblings of students who are not in lessons may not be dropped off to hang out while their brother/sister is in class.

If you have an emergency and cannot pick up your student on time please notify your child's instructor.

Tuition will not be prorated due to studio closings such as holidays, weather related closings, etc.  Some months have five weeks, some have three… it generally evens out by the end of the semester.
